Directions

Apply using a brush or fingers. For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet the brush with sprays of Mist & Fix prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER. For water-proof application, wet the brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
