How to apply this lip pencil:

Using the tip of the lip pencil, line lips first before filling in with color to create a bold, matte lip make-up look.

 Try lining lips with one lip color, then filling in a color with a lighter shade for fuller lips with added dimension.
Allow the formula to dry fully for a transfer-proof color.
