Natasha Denona Eyeshadow Base 1.6ml

Natasha Denona Eyeshadow Base is the perfect product for adhering eyeshadows to the eyelid. Its light, creamy formula spreads easily over the skin, leaving a smooth, matte finish. The base allows eyeshadows to blend easily on top, and keeps color looking brilliant and in place all day.

This formula contains particular silicones and waxes, for a non-drying texture, and Dimethicones for a long lasting effect.
